My Journey
Since 2012, I have dedicated my career to personal training. My journey began with three formative years at SATS, where I gained a solid professional foundation and wide-ranging experience. Over time, I transitioned into private practice to offer more flexible and personalized support for each individual.
Today, I am a co-owner of Bryn PT Studio in Oslo, where I work with people from all walks of life. I support clients with a wide range of goals and starting points, from lifestyle changes and weight loss to improved strength and muscle growth. What unites them is the desire for long-term quality of life and well-being. How we work toward that goal depends on each person's unique challenges and needs.
My approach is holistic. I have lived with severe obesity during childhood and adolescence, which gave me deep insight into the physical and emotional struggles many people face. That experience has shaped how I meet others—with empathy, respect, and a focus on building trust.
My academic background in psychology and health has taught me that while people are different, there are fundamental principles that apply across age groups, backgrounds, and physical conditions. It has also helped me understand what actually works in practice, and what doesn’t.
Working with me is not just about getting a training program. It’s a partnership grounded in knowledge, lived experience, openness, and a genuine passion for helping others feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their own bodies.
